Shall I intake neem leaf juice while breastfeeding, feeding 1 month old baby, pls suggest As I want to purify my blood

I am unmarried and I have multiple fibroids, largest is 5.5cm. My periods are regular. While I am on medicines, I would like to know what changes do I make in my lifestyle including diet. I have quite a sedentary lifestyle as I am a teacher.

My daughter 5.5yr old gets blocked nose whenever we stay in Bangalore in home town Mangalore she will be fine there we have pet dog she didn't get blocked nose when she play with dog in Mangalore.shall we bring dog here in Bangalore dm. can she  develop pet allergy our doctor said blocked nose may be because of climate she has adenoid which was fine after taking nasal spray

Hi sir/madam Doctor prescribed me etilam s5 morning and etilam pro 40 at night for 10 days for my postpartum anxiety and family issues . I used 10 days and now stopped. Is there any side effects if i stop it suddenly. I want to start ashwagandha churnam immediately. Can i start?? Pls give me suggestions?

I have started abana for high cholestrol and triglycerdies(Genetically) along with exercise and diet. I am taking 2 in morning 1 in evening. Is it fine? For how many months shall i take and checkup again?

14days before me and my 5yr old daughter got food poison and admitted in hospital...after drips and injection i was sent home with few medicines.. but after 7days also I again got loose motion and stomach pain and dizziness.. so again I went to hospital he suggested another medicine but it's been 14days days now.. still I'm getting stomach pain from the chest to abdomen and feel dizzy and tired and whatever I eat I feel like stomach is heavy and paining and also feels like urge to go toilet.. often I'm getting severe headache too.. pls tell me some suggestions to get rid off it.. I can't do any household work nowadays.. I'm daughter got recovered within two days.. I'm stopped eating dairy products for the past 8mnths.. I recovered from urticaria before 7months.. pls help me
