I have been getting treated for fistula for more than four months even post surgery they have done kshara sutra treatment and changed 13 threads without the irritation reduction or improvement at SDM ayurveda and the doctor is saying it will be fixed but because of fistula my vijina is also affected and has rashes it is a very painful and tedious process even with tread change. Can anyone advice on what can be done to get a second opinion or treatment on this please

We are trying for more than a year to conceive and it still didn't happen. I read some article where mumps may be related to infertility. My husband had mumps on neck when he was 12 years old for a week or so and he took neem at that time it seems. I have been taking 1 tsp castor oil with milk at night since an year . Wanted to k ow if I can take this life long . As whenever I quit constipation starts but when I take it I daily have watery stool almost liquid . Also, since it's a strong laxative does it hamper with nutritional absorption of food or vitamins and try to quickly kick out the food from system ?
