How to cure bad breath and take care of it , can lice be permanently remove from hair , what sould i use to remove lice at home

Does blood donation cures gara visha effects? Or some one says swarna bhasma cures it. I am severely suffering from this gara visha. Looking for permanent cure. I am afraid as someone says it may affect male hormone levels also

Past 8 months I affected by internal hemorrhoids...I try lot of allopathy medicine..but doesn't work ...so I go for ayurvedic my doctor recommended to take point capsule and hemdoroid capsule..  i used it one month after that some reason I stop the medicine...i have a severe itching whole day and unbearable pain after poop...i don't have bleed ... should I use the medicine continuously for complete cure ...pls suggest...am worried a lot...

I have been on allopathic medicines for my anxiety and sleep disorder for 6 years. Now I am reducing them and will stop in a few days. Since I have had these anxiety and sleep issues my whole life, I strongly feel they will come back once I stop all allopathic medicines.
