Hi doctor, I've heard naval oiling helps in a lot of body problems. I have hyperthyroidism and have to frequently visit toilet and more particularly after meals. Will it be beneficial to do oiling? I've also been told that my body is excreting a lot of fat which helps you to gain good fat/muscles to grow. Is pulling going to negatively impact? If it is safe to use, please let me know the oil and timings of oiling.

I am using Medha vati,memory grit, draksashava, anu taila for anxiety issue from today... Can i take memorygrit and medhavati at the same time? I am taking medhavati 2tab twice a day and memory grit 1 tab twice a day. Should I add any other medicine to this? Please reply🙏🙏🙏 Thank you in advance🙏🙏🙏💐
