I had shoulder and wrist pain, for using mouse and computer for long time doctor had advised me to take E cod tablet, i found a ayurvedic tablet Himalayan Organics Calcium Magnesium Zinc, can I take this?

I had a fistulectomy surgery in end of November 2023. The  wound has healed except a small part inside the anus which has formed like a fissure. Occasionally, during BM, the stools rub over the wound, and that causes mild painless bleeding, which is not letting the wound heal completely. Does ayurveda or homeopathy have medicines that can heal this wound faster?
