Ayurveda

Since I have never taken any ayurvedic treatment before related to anything and that is the reason for asking this question. I do not have any hair fall or hair loss issue. I only want to make my hair a bit thicker & little  more dense. Is it possible to achieve that in an ayurvedic treatment?

For someone in their forties having a bp of 160/100, is zandu sarpagandha 275mg a good medicine? Is one tablet after dinner and one after breakfast enough? Or should I take more because bp is high?

I have stomach ulcers. I'm suffering constipation. Bones have got very weak. I used to vape maybe that's why ulcers formed. (Now I don't do) Fasting gives me only slight relief. My face is also shrinking. I have taken Amalki rasayan avipattikar mukta shukti saptamrit lauh but no recovery. How can I cure it fast? It's there from 2-3 years. I can't play sports anymore 😭

I have GERD, hyper gastric problem, I am diabetic for the past 8 yrs. I am taking nexito plus anti depressant tablet half tablet a day for the past 3 yrs for anxiety and panic problem. I consulted Ayurveda doc, she prescribed 1.Bruhath Nayopayam kashayam 15ml before food twice a day 2. Vayu Gulika 2 tablets before food twice a day 3. Dhanvantaram gulika 2 tablets before twice a day 4. Ashta choornam and Thakrarishta choornam mixed with food, thrice a day 5. Ksherabala 101 thailam, 7 drops on head daily 1 time 6.Manasamitra vatakam at night Now my question is Bruhath nayopayam Kashayam contains sida cordifolia (it contains ephedrine and pseudoephedrine), which is banned in India, is it safe to use? Will it have any side effects. This ksheerabala 101 thailam contains sida retusa The problem is my stress is aggravated and I feel restlessness What's the difference between sida retusa and sida cordifolia? The given set of medicine is safe to use without any concern. Pls advice

Recently I got my thyroid test and my tsh is 38.That means I  got hypothyroidism.how to lower it naturally.

I once used cervilon for neck pain and it worked so well. Does it also work as effectively for back pain or pain in other parts of the body like muscle sprain, joint ache etc?

My doctor says avoid garlic because it's pitta aggravating in my case. But another one said garlic excellent for reducing vata because in my case my bp is due to excess vata. Is there some way to eat garlic (maybe with hot milk) without increasing pitta? Please give some ideas as to how to take garlic without aggravating pitta. Thanks.

For throat pain, azithromycin is effective. Is there something similar in ayurveda which is as effective as azithromycin in providing quick throat pain relief?

Hi, I have right side throat pain from 3 months. Here the doctor said it is tonsil stones and gave antibiotics. Still the pain is there while swallowing and turning around & always it is irritating like a wound in the throat. Don't have cold, sore throat and fever. Sometimes it feels like having fever.
