Early periods
Hi I am 44 years old female I usually get my periods after 27-28 days But have observed that in any of the month, when I exert myself more physically, climb too many stairs, walk long distances I get my periods within 21 to 23 days..sometimes more exertion is unavoidable..can you pls let me know why do early periods happen in these months and what can I do to avoid them.. Thanks
