I take shilajeet pea size during morning in Milk along with Food (Eggs and Oats). Go for exercise after 2 hrs. Is this dose enough or shall i take 1 dose in evening. (Using it for last 1 month).

I keep getting recurring uti during my cycle. And also I have other symptoms like burning,itching and frequent urination. I use just normal cotton only still it happens oftenly..I've tried taking allopathic treatment too before.. but I didn't find any improvement. So what's the permanent cure for this problem?

Hello Doctor, I am facing Dizziness from 2 months and neck stiffness from around 6 months. I had fever one day and I carried my child for long time that day. Next day my both arm pained a lot. Then next day pain got reduced but dizziness started. My BP, Sugar, Thyroid test is normal. I was having VIt-D and B12 Deficiency, I am taking tab for that. But Dizziness is still persist along with neck pain. MRI shows, C3,4,5,6,7 have mild disk bulge and mild nerve compression. My motion are normal . They are brown coloured. But the stool changes toilet water to green. Brown stool is surrounded by green fluid. Why is that so?. I have no abdomen pain. But have bit flatulence. and I usually don't do exercises.
