My mother's age is 59. She has sciatica and waist pain while standing problem for last 25days. Which treatment should do?

Prior to this i had no other health condition So i was taking ashwagandha for endurance and stress relief 500mg per day for last 6months soon i started noticing hairfall and then i stopped taking it i got my blood work done and it my tsh was at 6.0 with normal t4 and t3 I've also elevated liver enzymes i just want to know how long will it take for my tsh to normalize after stopping ashwagandha please help me.

Hi, Recently my doctor prescribed me few medicines of ayurveda. I want the medicine from kottakkal and didn't find below 2 medicines there. 1) Phalatrikadi Kwath 2) Syrup Hepano . I will be really grateful if you kindly suggest me above 2 mentioned alternative medicine in Kottakkal.

Hi madam / sir I had c section 8 months back. This is ninth month. Post delivery first three months i got suggestion to use "prasava leghiyum" sidha sastriya medicene for mothers health. But i didnt use till now. I want to use from now till 12 th month i.e., last 3 months. Can i use it now. Is it good for uterus health if i can use last three months. If it is ok to use which one is better 'prasava leghiyum' or 'sowbhagya sunthi leghyam by aravindh lab' Which one is good or any other suggestions?

With ashwagandha possible stopping the pituitary gland from producing thyroid releasing hormone, will this system recover if you stop taking this herb and if so then how long will it take for pituitary gland to start working again? or is it something like the side effects of steroids where you will not regain function?

So after my two DnE abortion I started experiencing pelvic tingling ,heaviness and severe lower backpain ,didn't get relief yet ... It's been 1 year since I have irregular period , but after my last DnE on March , I had heaviness and cramp in my pelvic and pain in my ovaries . I also have history of white discharge. Backpain is constant from 1 year . So since last month , I started spotting bloody discharge continue till now , sometimes completely blood like one spoon , and last month I found out that I have pcod ,multiple cyst in my right ovary ... this month I have longest periods of my life 7 days and iam still spotting .I'm in village now for work , so we don't have good docter here . I'm also on medication for that cyst three month course , he didn't do tvs told me to go to city ,which I have to wait .. and I'm still spotting and having mild cramps pelvic.today 5pm I spoon blood came out , and now I'm scared ,I'm also having mild cramps. Is this because of pcod ?
