I have been taking 1 tsp castor oil with milk at night since an year . Wanted to k ow if I can take this life long . As whenever I quit constipation starts but when I take it I daily have watery stool almost liquid . Also, since it's a strong laxative does it hamper with nutritional absorption of food or vitamins and try to quickly kick out the food from system ?
