I paused my breast feed to baby by using ashwagandha for 30 days due to some issues.Can i restart my breast feed again or can i give some gap. Is there any effect of this medicene on baby after breast feed.

Hello, I'm 26 and my eyes are always puffy,having fine lines under eyes and dark.When I smile the wrinkles on my eyes look more when I step out due to my dark eyes looks so tired even though there  is hollowness under eyes I have tried lots of things to reduce hollowness and dark circles under eyes but no change please suggest a best natural solution at least to reduce hollowness and dark

My mother has diabetes and high bp. She is on Allopathic medicine. According to her recent reports her hb1ac is 7.6 and fasting glucose level is 155. Her triglycerides is 202. I don't want to add another Allopathic medicine. Please suggest what would I give her for high triglycerides.

Hi sir/madam From my childhood days I'm having breathing issues(wheezing). I have been using a seroflo inhaler for more than 10 years. Last year, i checked with a naturopathy doctor, he suggested to use the  Swas King syrup. This syrup along with a powder (churanam), is helping me very much. My question is how long can i use this, is it okay to use it continuously, if I stop it , im suffering from breathing issue again. Can I continue it for long time, will it cause any issues? Pls help
