Is anyone suffering from cold cough and viral fever in home? If mother is suffering from same use mask during feeding and always handle baby after handwash.
You can use ajwain for cough and cold remedies- make pottali of ajwain and heat it on pan .... Firstly handle it on yourself to chek temperature then give aromatic steem to baby and give swed to chest .
You can tie 2-3 garlic bud or clove mala to baby....it's aroma can heel baby.
Mother can take kadha of pudina, tulsi and adrak. If Mother got treatment then her milk have quality of that particular treatment so it's beneficial.
If baby suffering from irritation, lethargic condition, difficulty in breathing it's better to show nearby pediatric hospital.

If you are breastfeeding you can take amrutharishtam, Vasarishtam, agasthya rasayanam.
Nasika choornam 1 pinch keep on baby's crown.
This for common cold and cough.

If you are breast feeding, then you have to take medication Amritharistam 10 ml thrice daily after food for 5 days avoid cold and oily food. Apply pinch of Rasnadi churna on baby head on vertex don’t give bath for baby till recovery
