Fistula and infection
I have been getting treated for fistula for more than four months even post surgery they have done kshara sutra treatment and changed 13 threads without the irritation reduction or improvement at SDM ayurveda and the doctor is saying it will be fixed but because of fistula my vijina is also affected and has rashes it is a very painful and tedious process even with tread change. Can anyone advice on what can be done to get a second opinion or treatment on this please

Being proctosurgeon I would advice you to seek second opinion, as there are latest techniques like laser fistula closure which is a surgery done in 30-40 minutes duration under anaesthesia after which you can resume your job 2 days later.Wound takes 6 weeks to heal but discomfort is there just for 10 days post surgery. Also you require once a week dressing. This surgery has no complications like incontinence to stools and gases, excessive bleeding, larger wounds etc Reoccurrence chances are almost nil
