Increased IGE is a sign of allergies. Completely avoid gluten, dairy(except ghee), sugar and follow HAIP DIET based on the principles of Ayurveda. Also adding a few herbal remedies like giloy satva shatavari can help.

IgE level is higher level, means you have severe allergy.
You have any symptoms as itching in private parts or shifting kind of itching, or feeling like ants ruling.
Sneezing, headache, running nose, wheezing,
Dryskin with itching etc.
Frequently fever??
These are the common symptoms
If you don't have any kind of symptoms also, may chance to get any symptoms soon.
Immediately consult a doctor.
