My IGE level is 900.
I am avoiding certain foods like eggs due to my IGE I.e 900 and it should be 200. Do I need to consult a skin doctor for alergy on my blood.Please advice

Hello, Raised IGE levels show there is some allergy in your body but you have to find the allergen so contact a skin doctor. Good luck

Raised ige is allergy that is right. But it is not raised only in skin conditions. Some times it can cause asthma too. So consult as per your symptoms. Ayurved can also help you in both allergy and pcod conditions. You will have to follow dietary restrictions in ayurveda and allopathy as per the advice of respective doctor.
