For UTI, Neeri Syrup or Neeri Tablets which is better... if tablets what should be dosage ? Kindly guide

I've heel spur in my left feet. Tried allopathy treatment but it just provides temporary pain relief. Kindly suggest if ayurveda can help me with pain relief permanently? And what would be the treatment & how long will it take to recover?

Is keloid treatable in ayurveda? Is it curable? Can itching and burning sensation be treated? What hime remedies can be taken before consulting any vaidya/doctor?

My father had carcinoma cancer in his cheeks and 22nd December 2023 they had removed the cells using operation..after that recovery they gave 30 days radiation and chemotherapy after few months it came again in his cheeks. doctor says this will grow again and again so we hope that ayurvedic  treatment will cure him completely but we need a best place for his complete and healthy recovery so I saw your review what did you think about this please reply fast as you can

Recently (Approx 1 month ago) i have diagnosed with anxiety issue after that i was feeling good but suddenly before 3 weeks i have felt some gastric issue with lot of bhrping so i had visited a physician for the same but no relief got from them.. after that i had visited to gastroenterologist & he did some test like endoscopy,blood test, LFT, but not any big reason found with gastritis issue so he gave me some medicines for the same but now i m still suffering with same lot of burping issue, loss of appetite, fatigue,nausea after food with lot of saliva & water in mouth.. so please consult me the best treatment to cure it permanently .

Sir I have been having  fatty liver grade 2 for the past few months... After strict diet and exercise and prescribing medicine I am improving...i want to know that.. Is there any treatment or medicine in ayurveda...

Sir/ madam Iam delivered baby through c section 10 months back now 11 th month running. From one month iam suffering from too much anxiety and elevated bp. And also iam feeling v much muscle aches especially back ache and numbness while sitting. In my legs and hands too while doing yoga Iam recently joined yoga while doing asanas iam feeling tingling and numbness while sitting and doing breathing excercises. I had taken massage in ayurvedic clinic receny and also shirodhara and steam. For some days iam not feel any numbness. Now some what am feeling while only doing yoga and while sitting. In my sleep also only my right palm i feel numbness suddenly I dont follow any " sutika paricharya" in these 10 months and also any sutika lehyam i had taken only shatavari galact granules with milk. Now am feeling so tensed while knowing about sutika paricharya and alll. Did i get any problem if am not followed this in ten month. Am ready to take now. Iam thinking its late. But iam worrying. Pls sug

I have got fever 15 days back for one day and after that i have severe leg pains i mean on ankle and joint of ankle and foot pain it lasted for 1 week and then now fingers and hands are paining heavily during night..i am able to walk but only for sometime. I am able to hold something tightly but feeling less strength in hands. Can you help me with thism fever was there only for a day. But even after 20 days cramps and pain didnot resolve completely
