I recently went to an ayurvedic Dr.and they prescribed me medicines like arogyavardhini with dizomap( to take it with food ) and one churna too..but still I'm not able to get rid of it completely..so I want a suitable and better cure for it..because after taking those herbs I'm getting side effects like constipatedness,nausea,bloating and even cough with cold and sore throat. So what to take in such Ama condition? And how long should I take treatment?

Can i consume Dr. Vaidya's Liver care tablets for my fatty liver and liver problems ? Will it cure and prevent the fatty liver ? Will it work ? An ayurvedic doctor has suggested me this Dr. Vaidya's liver care medicine for my fatty liver 2nd grade problem... Plz kindly help me out I need your suggestion Should i consume or not ?

Is there any trearment in Ayurveda to treat reoccurring CSR? is there any case where csr stops after taking ayurvedic trearment? Doctors please share your experience.

Suddenly my tongue turned slightly brown/black after having dinner. I scrape the tongue daily while brushing, today it faded away but still I could see that brown tinch. For dinner I had food cooked on some old iron vessel yesterday, could that be a reason ? Food that I had for that day was dosa, Jack fruits, dates,chiku, mutton.

Hi I am 44 years old female I usually get my periods after 27-28 days But have observed that in any of the month, when I exert myself more physically, climb too many stairs, walk long distances I get my periods within 21 to 23 days..sometimes more exertion is unavoidable..can you pls let me know why do early periods happen in these months and what can I do to avoid them.. I took lupron depot 11.25 intramuscular injection on May for my upcoming IVF cycle.I am planning to do an ayurvedic weight loss treatment in an ayurvedic center.I have heard that taking triphala guggulu and Kanchanara guggulu aid weight loss.Will these tablets increase estrogen levels in the bodyand mitigate the effects of lupron depot Pls advice
