Can hand foot mouth disease spread to adult also.my daughter had hfmd now she is recovering.i got fever and throat pain I don't know whether it is throat infection or hfmd my daughter also had tongue blister

I have bloating evening time and in morning. I have complete lower back and upper back pain.constipation alsoMedicine taking Ashwagandharista, Arogyavardhini after meal.bed time castor oil. Empty stomach Kamdudha, Mahasankh vati,mulethi but bloating and back pain still there. Sometime leg pain also. I have shown many professor ayurvedic doctor. Every doctor says in hospital or outside. You start treatment from me. But no relief.
