It would be better to consult a physician and undergo the examinations so that the condition can be known. Later we can opt for the medicine if required.

You have to Take nutritional foods like dryfruits, dates,, figs etc. Add some fruits like banana , Mangoes etc in your diet. You can take warm Milk with a tsp ghee daily .
