To gain weight naturally, Ayurveda focuses on enhancing digestion and nourishing body tissues. Here are some recommendations: Ayurvedic Medicines Ashwagandha Churna: Take 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime. Shatavari Churna: Take 1 tsp with milk twice daily. Chyawanprash: Consume 1-2 tsp with warm milk daily. Vidaryadi Lehyam: Take 1 tsp twice daily with warm water/milk. Ashwagandharishta: 2-3 tsp with equal water after meals. Diet & Lifestyle Eat calorie-rich foods (ghee, dry fruits, whole grains). Focus on small, frequent, nutrient-dense meals. Use spices like ginger and cumin to boost digestion. Practice yoga and light strength training. Sleep 7-8 hours for better recovery. Consistency is key. If no improvement, consult an Ayurvedic doctor for a personalized plan. Wishing you good health!

First of all we need to figure the cause behind not gaining weight. A detailed prakruthi and dosha examination is to be done for better assessment of the condition. It would be better to consult a physician and undergo the examinations so that the condition can be known. Later we can opt for the medicine if required. You can have a proper healthy diet and sound sleep. Avoid stress. Include dry fruits, milk, and proteins in your diet. Also do strengthening exercises to stay fit .
