Is there any knee pain treatment in ayurvedic
Hi I am 53 year old male. I am a very fit person and I do my exercises everyday. I also do walking and swimming everyday. Recently I m having knee pain, especially during swimming and walking. Kindly suggest what ayurvedic treatment should I start as I do not want to take allopathic medicines

You should consult a doc before starting treatment sir. There is a wonderful treatment for knee ailments in Ayurveda  called janu vasti in Ayurveda . This is a 45 minute process and you need to undergo it for 5 to 7 days.
