I feel tired and sleepy even though take enough of sleep..I don't feel like doing anything.I do offce work and sit in front of laptop for 8-9 hrs..It makes me mentally exhausted and headache. There is alwz pain from my calves to toe and have a gastric problem.

I feel fatigue or low energy whole body weakness in morning time. I relief 70% by neurobion forte, Ashwagandharishta but not completely. Any other medicine shown many doctor.

I been suffering from bad headache that are not passing off even after taking an ibrufen.400mg. I was getting migraine headache and was undergoing magnet therapy... But the headaches are now keeping on getting worse than better..

We have been actively trying for baby for almost 2years and recently I did fertility blood work to check for anamoly. Everything was normal except for Vitamin D which was just 6 while it's supposed to be 20+. Started going out in early sun to fix it. My periods are regular 28days but for past 3months it became 30days. Lh peaks at day 16. This time period day1 I got low back pain and lots and lots of gas. The only thing I are different was home made butter fruit milk shake, not sure if it's related. What might be the reason of too much bloating with low back pain on Day1. Flow was good no abnormalities in menstrual blood, stool was proper but was so gassy. Back Pain goes away after gas release. Can you please let me know what to next?
