I am 33 year old woman having hypothyroidism. Can I take trifala in the night ?? How much duration one can take trifala churna??

Is abhayarishta safe to take in breastfeeding for constipation if baby does not have any motion problem. I am taking 5 ml at night time mixed in water. If any other side effects pls mention.

Hi sir /madam From three, four weeks Numbness only in right palm while sleeping. In the middle of the night i observe and then after sometime its gone when i woke up. For numbness and shivering I used anxiety medicenes in 10 days i dont see any numbness. After suddelny stopped i got severe symptoms that day after depression medicenes i taken my symptoms gone. Now i reduced dosage but symptoms are showing again when sit and lying. back pain is present C section 10 months ago Lower back and upper back heavy pain at right side I have gastritis also So for upper back pain and stomach irritation, burping am using gastric medicenes too. But this numbness comes when i sit tingling in too feets not legs and when lying mainly in right palm. Today neck pain came in sleep after woke up some time its gone slowly. What is the reason??

Why does strengthening immunity will get down the aso titre? like my doctors said? and said it's a permanent cure is he right?

Hi doctor, I've heard naval oiling helps in a lot of body problems. I have hyperthyroidism and have to frequently visit toilet and more particularly after meals. Will it be beneficial to do oiling? I've also been told that my body is excreting a lot of fat which helps you to gain good fat/muscles to grow. Is pulling going to negatively impact? If it is safe to use, please let me know the oil and timings of oiling.

I am using Medha vati,memory grit, draksashava, anu taila for anxiety issue from today... Can i take memorygrit and medhavati at the same time?
