I was suffering from frequent urination and cyst that happened for the second time and bladder infection was recurring too..so I went for lab tests and USG for it and the dr.said I've cyst of 8cm in my ovary along with inflammation in bladder too. She prescribed me with meds such as medroxyprogesterone, amoxy clav, cefakind, doxy, aciloc and neeri syrup and also told me to take ovuloc tab as birth control pills for 3 months but I'm so worried that which medicine will work for me among them and its side effects. She even tells me to do laproscopy to know the cause and to prevent such infections but I'm not ready for the same out of personal concerns. But I'm thinking to get it cured through ayurvedic medicines with less side effects for it. Can anyone suggest me for its permanent treatment?

Your UTI and the cyst are two separate things
Women are more prone to UTI due to their shorter urethra and it’s easier for the infection to ascend up from the perianal area.
The single cyst in the ovary is mainly due to hormonal imbalances mainly attributed to being unfit.
A single cyst is not of much harm as a small cyst is usually an unruptured follicle if not said by radiology otherwise
Do not worry over the cyst and take the contraceptive pills as they help in creating the balance back .
Keep yourself active, go on runs and exercise
Cut down of sugary or refined sugars
For preventing UTI, general hygiene is advised and neutral soaps/ intimate washes are preferred
Improve your physical activity. do yoga , exercise or treadmill. Because of cyst this all problems occur.
Second you should go for laproscopy because it is very difficult to reduce the size of 8cm cyst with in few months.if you want to reduce it with yoga or ayurvedic medicine then it will take minimum 2 years....
3rd if you go for laproscopy then you can get relief with in one week and it is not a difficult procedure..
After laproscopy start yoga and exercise regularly.
And make your lower abdomen part healthy.
4th do not eat garm tasir food and fruits.
:- yoga and exercise will improve the oxygen level in your whole body and it will help in reduce the size of cyst.Because of the lack of oxygen cyst may occur again and again.
For female, hygiene protocols are of high standards to be maintained for healthier reproductive goals...
