I am 38weeks pregnant now. Had mild chest pain last week.. I thought it was because of the usual breast changes. But found some bulge growth in center of the chest bone. After USG, found that infected sebaceous cyst in subcutaneous plane in mid line of anterior chest wall(2.8 X 1.8cm). My doctor prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. The pain was not there for few days. Now again I am experiencing pain. My doctor advised to remove it few days after delivery. Currently I am doing warm compress few times a day . Any home remedies I can follow to manage the pain?

You guessed this right. As a resultant of growing pregnancy lots of changes occur in female body which is a contributing factor in growth of this cyst. But infection in that cyst is not a good point. Even we can not provide medications during pregnancy.
So please continue the treatment as same.
For pain from an infected sebaceous cyst during pregnancy, continue warm compresses to ease discomfort. You can try gentle application of turmeric paste (turmeric mixed with water) as it has natural anti-inflammatory properties. Avoid squeezing or pressing the cyst. Maintain good hygiene and a balanced diet to support healing. Since you are pregnant, avoid any oral medicines without doctor advice. Follow your doctorâs plan and consult online for safe Ayurvedic support.
