Instead of consuming red sandal powder u can take proper diet first
For body heat u can drink buttermilk etc for indigestion properly eat food when hungry and with proper quantity and also good fibers (don't skip ur meals)
And uti is due to the use of public bathrooms etc, so better undergo urine routine test and take proper medications
