Your symptoms suggest physical and mental fatigue, possibly due to lifestyle and digestive imbalance. Here’s a plan to help: Ayurvedic Remedies: Ashwagandha Churna: 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime to reduce fatigue and enhance energy. Triphala Powder: 1 tsp at night with warm water to relieve gastric issues. Dashamoolarishta: 2 tsp twice daily with water to alleviate body aches and improve circulation. Lifestyle Tips: Breaks: Take a 5-minute break every hour from the screen; walk or stretch to improve blood circulation. Diet: Include light, easily digestible meals. Avoid fried or spicy foods to reduce gastric issues. Hydration: Drink 8–10 glasses of warm water daily. Exercise: Gentle stretches or yoga (focus on Surya Namaskar) for 15–20 minutes daily. Relaxation: Practice pranayama (Anulom Vilom) or Heartfulness relaxation for mental clarity. Consistent changes will reduce exhaustion and improve overall well-being.
