Before proceeding with any treatment, proper evaluation is essential to understand the root cause of these symptoms. Consider the following tests to identify any underlying conditions: • Blood Sugar Levels (to check for diabetes). • Thyroid Function Test (TFT) (to detect hypothyroidism). • Complete Blood Count (CBC) (to rule out deficiencies or infections). • Liver Function Test (LFT) (to assess detoxification issues).
Next Steps
1. STAY HYDRATED: •Drink plenty of water throughout the day. •Add natural electrolytes like coconut water or lemon water to maintain balance. 2. IMPROVE ORAL HYGIENE: •Use a tongue scraper daily to reduce the white coating. •Rinse the mouth with warm saline or herbal mouthwash. 3.AYURVEDIC REMEDIES: •Mulethi Tea: 1 cup daily for soothing dryness. •Triphala Churna: 1 tsp with warm water at night for digestion and detoxification.
Health Tips
Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they may worsen dehydration Avoid self-medication or over-the-counter remedies without understanding the root cause. Proper treatment requires consulting a healthcare professional personally for a detailed evaluation based on test results. For personalized guidance and detailed treatment, please consult directly.
