Piles and fissure problem
Have issue of anal pain with piles and fissure type. Not sure what's exactly happening. After passing motion there is pain and also burning. 2 masses of external piles type can be seen in anal opening. Please recommend appreciate medicine. Applied piles ointment but hast helped much. Thanks and lookforward for the right medicine.

Treatment is beneficial only when diagnosis made is right. Pain due to fissure subsides with medications But presence of external tags shows this condition to be chronic.
