Looks like it's just not a simple stomach burn ....I think you have ulcer issues.....if you are not getting relief with these very good med of ayurveda....so dear you need a complete diagnosis first ...and need to control your lifestyle and diet as well...and if it is ulcers...then it will take time to heal...
