I would not recommend taking drakshasav. One of the reasons for low hb could be worm infestation which should be eradicated under medical supervision. Also try to derive most of the iron from food. Follow an anti-inflammatory diet like HAIP DIET which will not only help in providing proper iron, but also keep inflammation levels low. Adding some key gut microbes in the form of specialised cultured curd that can enhance the health of the baby can be introduced which will automatically help in restoration of iron levels as well. All these suggestions should only be followed under medical supervision .

Drakshasav is kind of alcohol fermentation......it can be given as medicine under proper supervision of medical consult in case of emergency...... I don't think you should continue it during your pregnancy. Instead of drakshasav you can take resin ( it is main ingredient). Eat pomegranate,  amla , lemon for good absorption of iron  and it will increase apatite as well.

It is used for digestive issues and improving strength. However, when it comes to pregnancy, it’s essential to be cautious with herbal preparations, as they may contain ingredients that could have unknown effects on pregnancy or interact with other medications, including iron supplements.
Next Steps
It's crucial to consult an Ayurvedic doctor before taking Drakshasav or any herbal supplements during pregnancy, as they can give you advice tailored to your health status and needs.
Health Tips
Drakshasav contains a small amount of alcohol due to fermentation, which might not be ideal during pregnancy.
