Ayurveda offers various treatments for prolonged periods (menorrhagia) focusing on balancing the body's doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha Proper diet, regular exercise and stress management can help in it.
Next Steps
Increase intake of iron-rich foods: Such as leafy greens, beetroot, pomegranate, and jaggery. Consume cooling and astringent foods: Such as cucumber, melon, and yogurt to balance Pitta dosha. Avoid spicy, sour, and oily foods: As these can aggravate Pitta and worsen symptoms.
Health Tips
It's essential to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any treatment to ensure it is appropriate for your specific condition and constitution.
