Don't take neem leaf...it will affect milk taste ..you can go for dashmoolarishtha or manjishthadi kwath for blood purification! But what's the need of blood purification?or you want to go for uterus purification? Dashmoolarishtha is excellent in uterus purification hence will make proper milk as one part of menstrual blood goes upwards in body and makes breast milk according to ayurveda! Consult for all the medication Don't select it on your own

Your diet and medication are very important during breastfeeding, and neem leaves are not recommended during pregnancy and feeding. If there any specific blood related problems you can consult a doctor .
