Mouth ulcers are reoccurring after taking karela jamun juice of Sri Sri tattva. How this can be prevented as I want to take the juice but facing the problem of mouth ulcers

In my experience, mukta vati is as fast as prescription medicine in that it reduces bp in just a few hours. I thought ayurveda is slow but it's as quick as Allopathy. Which specific ingredient makes mukta vati so effective so fast? Good answers, and I can consider consultation in the future. Thanks.
