Can anyone describe If the nature of liquorice is hot then how does liquorice cure the problem of pitta dosha or the problem of acid reflux, because if the herb whose nature is hot then it increases the problem of pitta dosha.

Hello I want to know exact problem I have 1 I feel head heavy In day for some hours and it comes suddenly 2 I feel cough and like to vomit and also sore throat problem 3 I don't drink or smoke and I don't eat fast food or spicy food in day to day life 4 I feel hungry on time and my stomach empty well in morning 5 But sometimes I feel head heavy and gastric and feel like to vomit So I want to know it is due to anxiety or it is due to pitta increase
