My baby is 3 months old, normal delivery, fully breastfeeding, constipation on and off. Is there any ointment or cream I can apply for the piles . Thank you.

It's very common problem in normal delivery, piles will be reduce in 6 month after delivery. You should avoid spicy, bakery products ,oily food ,and havey food with cause indigestion.
Sits bath can reduce pain
Ghruta (ghee) application can reduce pain.
Gandharva haritaki or trifala churna + ghee + honey at night can reduce constipation and heel piles.
Baby may suffering from evening colic , Gass and spoiling milk.dont worries as soon as you get treatment it will reduce.

Also take light food...don't go for over consuming of fibres as it further causes constipation!
Moong dal with buttermilk will be good!
Go for sitz bath...take proper rest and complete your sleep!
So many local application but dryness of summer n ur gut may be major cause so plz consult in person so that this dryness may cause fissures to ur baby as well
