Pilonidal sinus can not be treated by oral medicines only - Homeopathic/ Allopathic/ Ayurvedic whatever it may be so usually surgery is advised to treat Pilonidal Sinus. Surgery is not the right choice for the Pilonidal Sinus for the reason of recurrence of the Pilonidal sinus after surgery. However, Pilonidal Sinus can be conveniently treated by Ksharsutra treatment as advised in Ayurveda. In this treatment Ksharsutra - a medicated thread is ligated in the sinus tract. Medicines present over Ksahrsutra work for a week so old Ksharsutra needs to be replaced by a new Ksharsutra at a week or 10-day intervals until the sinus tract heals completely. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment. For further support you can DM me....
