Can Arjun chaal in milk be taken twice a day for high cholestrol. I have total cholestrol - 258 ( should be less than 200 ) and ldl is also high 191 ( should be less than 130) and also take shatavari tablets along with it for PCOS and infertitity? Will these two react if taken together or is it same to consume

My doctor advised yoga. I did some simple yogasanas for just five minutes and checked my bp was high(160/90, normally its 120/75) . Just five minutes of easy asanas and the bp went up. But the doctor says it's  normal that after even simple physical activity bp tends to rise. Is this true?
