Crushed garlic, keep in open air for 15 minutes, then put it in warm water and drink it. Will this reduce bp?

Should we avoid coffee and tea completely if we have high blood pressure? Or one cup of coffee in the morning and one cup of tea in the evening is fine? Do these drinks increase bp drastically?

Hi, I have hyper acidity and gas problem and due to dat I have throat irritation and dry cough. I am vegetarian, non alcoholic and non smoker. I have grade 1 fatty liver and my height is 5 '7" and weight 95 kg (over weight). I have skin ekzima (psoriasis) . I don't have any other problems. I don't walk daily 10/12 kms (5km/h). Please suggest me good ayurvedic medicine.

When you take allopathic pill, bp is controlled as long as you take it. Once you stop taking it, bp goes up. Does mukta vati work similarly in that once u stop taking it the bp goes up? Or if bp reaches 120/80 we can stop mukta vati? But once we stop it, does bp go up just as in allopathic medicine?

Can Kumariasav, Abhyarishta, kutjarishta be mixed with each other? I was not taking kutjarishta earlier but it has been added now. I have been given kutjarishta primarily because of intestinal uncomfortable feeling. and other syrups in small doses. Can there be side effects of taking them together? What dosage is good?
