It's looking like infaction it's eaching and getting bit of jelly type from it and very bad smell from last week

I'm suffering L5S1 disc protrusion for more than 2 months. In between undergoing a treatment, All of the sudden feeling electric sensation in one side of the shoulder blade when i put my neck down. When consulted Ayurveda doctor, he suggested 1 week oil massage followed that Kati Basti treatment in cervical segments for one week and lumbar segments for one other week.My doubt is can we do Kati Basti in both cervical and lumbar at a same time? Pls advise

Can muktavati be used for hypertension(140/90), for long time..any side effects if taken for longer time, like life time?

I can't  get Trivrut ghrita and dhanwantar 14 oil nearby and  online. What can I use instead of that?

I can't go without coffee,chai or oats. Even with these, I can't completely empty the bowel. This is seriously affecting me. My skin colour has darkened. My bones are getting weak. I feel very weak. My weight is constantly decreasing. I came from 70kg to 58kg in 3-4months. I strongly feel that this is because my stomach is not working properly. Food sticks to intestine. Stool is also sticky. Lot of gas and acid reflux. Teeths have also turned yellow.
