Hi I have a 28 day menstrual cycle and after 14th day of my period I start soptting red, pink Brown discharge and cramps. I am also trying for a baby and had an ultrasound which is normal. My doctor said it could be due to low progesterone and I am taking progesterone supplements which make me feel better and mange problem. But I don't want to keep taking this and need some long term cure to the problem in ayurveda. Please suggest if this hormonal imbalance can be treated. Report attached

My baby these days pointing towards her stomach more often as if she is having pain, but doesn't cry or do anything. I don't know whether it's really paining or not but I want to know what can I do to make her gut health better so that her tummy doesn't pain...

If you take TWO mukta vati tablets at 7 am, then how long does the effect last? For twelve hours? 24 hours? Allopathy tablets usually wear off after 12 hours, does mukta vati also wear off after 12 hours? Please give specific info so I can connect with you. Not general stuff available on Google. Thanks.

I was suffering from panic attack during covid 2nd wave..but now i am fine..i am taking anti- anxiety medication from 3 year..i am not able to leave allopathy medication..whenever  reduce medication sleep totoally gone.i am taking 10 mg Escitopram / clonazepam .25 mg. Can i shift my allopathy medication to ayurvedic medicine ?

Can ayurvedic bp pills be taken lifelong? If not, how is ayurveda different from Allopathy? In Allopathy patients complain that the allopathic pills give them side effects so they can't continue lifelong. If ayurveda also forbids lifelong consumption of pills, then wouldn't ayurveda be as 'helpless' as Allopathy?
