Ashwagandha and it's effect
With ashwagandha possible stopping the pituitary gland from producing thyroid releasing hormone, will this system recover if you stop taking this herb and if so then how long will it take for pituitary gland to start working again? or is it something like the side effects of steroids where you will not regain function?

its a high time you should consult a doctor regarding hypothyroidism without indulging into self medication coz i had seen my patient got cured from ayurvedic medicine in hypothyroidism
