Month ago I always feel fatigue and do exercise. So my trainer asked me to start shilajeet dose i.e peasize once a day. I have taken it for one month.(30 days)
I am feeling good now and feeling charged most of the time during day. More proactive and confident in daily routines.
Now shall i continue it for 30 more days or should i stop or when should i stop and restart.
