I have stomach issues since 2 years like constipation, IBS, sticky stool and sometimes acidity and gas. I do exercise daily for 45 mins. But since last some days I feel tired and fatigue. I used to consume excess alcohol till 2019. Now I take it in moderation (once a week).
Please suggest if I can use tonic like Liv 52 (dosage and duration) or softovac or any other suggestion?
