Basically sarawataishta is a tonic, it improves memory, cognitive issues, good for sleep, reduce anxiety etc and many more actions are there...but this drug will not be effective for each and every person so you have to consult an Ayurveda doctor before using this drug.

Hello, In vertigo and dizziness conditions ingredients which constitutes Saraswati (brahmi) are tremendous but in your case vertigo might be due to different reasons. Arishta's are not suitable for some patients who have digestive disorders which indeed may result in dizziness and vertigo. So better to consult a proper physician.
