I have consulted an ayurveda physician and he gave me 3 medicines for anxiety disorder.
Shall i take it both...

Please follow any 1 either ayurveda or allopath. Do NOT mix.
Lifestyle modifications including things like meditation play a major role in anxiety disorders.
However, always better to meet the doctor allopath/ayurveda in person and follow through.
