Chronic anxiety and insomnia
I have been on allopathic medicines for my anxiety and sleep disorder for 6 years. Now I am reducing them and will stop in a few days. Since I have had these anxiety and sleep issues my whole life, I strongly feel they will come back once I stop all allopathic medicines. Are there any  trusted medicines in ayurvedic which can help with these severe anxiety issues?

Namaste.. Definitely yes...it's not that you have to take ayurvedic medicine after stoping allopathy medicines. By practising yoga, and therapies like shirodhara abhyanga..you can naturally manage your health. Not necessarily you need to take oral medicine. Thank you.
