Namaste.. Virechana has no side effects. But take proper knowledge on how it's done and the rules to be followed during the virechana to get complete benefit of the treatment. During snehapana, 1. Stay on empty stomach till you feel hungry and your burp is clear. 2. Every 20 min drink a sip of hot water. 3. When you feel hungry approx 6 to 8 hours after ghee intake  , you have to take rice with thin Dal.. less spicy and less oil for both the meals. 4.drink warm water throughout the day.
Health Tips
DIET during virechana plays a important role. take good knowledge on that.
