Virechana treatment
My last post was misunderstood.
I meant if today my virechana is done by taking medicine after 5 days of snehpan and steam after that keeping 4 days of diet restrictions then can I go out and have outside food?

For how many days lthe diet given? Whatever your dr. Has suugested is best for yiu. Go through it.

Disease condition is caused by following apathy aharavikaras ( unwholesome food and activities).If u are continuing the same apathyahara vikaras u may not get the benefits of undergoing the procedure.u consult with ur Doctor and take homely food according to ur Agni ( digestion)

Virechan is done. - When you go for poop almost 10-25 times in a day - that is virechan
You just had dipan - pachan and then ghrit ( ghee ) paan - then snehan swedan .
