Post Virechana Side Effects
I had digestive issues and PCOS so decided to undergo panchkarma Virechana, Basti and Uttarbasti. As far as I feel my Virechana was performed safactorily because 2 days I really felt very light and mind cleared and i have followed all the unstructions correctly. But now it's been 10 days I have started taking solid food and in less quantity but  I am not having proper bowel movements since then. I am having constipation and too much of gas problems. It has become worse than it was before Virechana. Is this common and will gradually improve or is it some side effects I am not to make out?

Post-Virechana, it's not uncommon to experience temporary digestive imbalances if Sansarjana Krama (post-detox diet routine) or Agni deepana (digestive rekindling) is not fully adequate. The symptoms of constipation and gas suggest your digestive fire (Agni) needs support. Mild herbs like Triphala, Hingvastak churna, or Avipattikar churna can help. This usually improves gradually with the right post-panchakarma care. Consult me for a guided recovery plan to restore balance effectively.
