I am facing sleeplessness from more than a year. This is  because I have small baby around 1 year 4 months and 3 year old kid. Along with this I am doing Work from home (9 hrs). From my childhood I urinate a lot I mean if I drink a litre of water then for it I have to pee for 5-6 times to urinate 1 litre and my urine speed is little less compared to normal but it has been throughout my childhood that after drinking water I have to pee frequently constantly for 5-6 times a i also urinate in less quantity probably 50-200 ml only I have no other disease no diabetes also frequently urination after drinking water with less quantity so is it normal for me ?

My age 24 detected bp left left telma 20 I monitor my bp at home without medication bp is 115/85 and 116/90 in evening I have anxiety also please suggest ayurvedic drink that I can homemade for bp and be healthy for kidney liver also

Why not Ayurveda passionate doctors shows what causes high fever and how it can reduces. How we can understand our body own rather then conducting medical tests.
