Is Himalaya septilin syrup can be given to 3 year 9 months old for immunity booster? He keeps Fallon sick with cold cough every now and then. So will it be useful ?

I have problem with morning & night humidity, mold, dust, diary products. Drinking unboiled water gives me cold, sneezes and tearing red eyes, also a bit of wheezing sometimes. My eosinophils was high in the report. Pharmacy medicines help resetting it to zero but I think it climbs back up later. So I want something natural and safe which I can have daily.

My baby is just a month old and my mother in law wants to give him balguti for his cough with my milk. Cough happens due to unclean environment and putting baby without clothes in direct fan.. I have asked normal pediatric they have suggest not give anything before 3months get completed as baby's immunity lungs and everything is developing. So I just want to reconfirm from ayurvedic doctor for the same concern

I am  34years old..I have been suffering from cold and cough since past few days..now along with cough and cold I am having heaviness in my head..and sound is coming from my ears..left ear is not open fully feeling very uncomfortable...kindly suggest any remedy..

Can anyone suggest me Ayurvedic medicine for ED, I have been on medicine from sexologst but didn't see any improvement, I am. Can I give panchamrut to my 2 yr old baby on daily basis. She is not eating anything n formula feeded baby. Only eat dry chapati n rice . Not daal n other . Try everything bt not work. Her weight is only 7 kg
