I am diagnoised with L5S1 disc bulge with neural foraminal narrowing. Consulted near by Sidha doctor and he provided LUMBATON SOFTGEL CAPSULES (2 in the morning and 2 at night after food). Along with he suggested few strengthen exercise. It's been one month but not seeing much improvement , will it be settled or any further treatment needed ?

U can continue LUMBATON capsules... But for permanent relief u should go for कटि बस्ती..
Cz it helps to provide proper snehan between vertebrae and let them settle on their actual position.
