How to take isbagol for fissure
Hello I'm suffering from Fissure Dr advise me to take isabgol after keeping it in water for 5-6 hrs then taking it directly, as If I consume quickly after mixing in water it bulks up the stool too much which causes fissure to reopen.

Namaste. Isabgol helps in increasing the bulk of the stool and helps in clearing your motions easily.  So consume it only if you have hard stools.
