Hi,I am currently going through panchkarma for bacterial prostaties, my symptoms got increase ,is it normal in panchkarma to increase symptoms first?

Due to gerd and Dyspepsia in hospital doctor suggested me some tests,in that IGG test report it is showing stomach nerve disfunction ICC(interstitial cells cajal)  difficiency. Iam worried about that please suggest me how to increase this in any type of medical methods.

Is there a cure for hepatitis B in Ayurveda? I have help B from last 13 years. I would like to know if there is any permanent cure for it? How do i know if its impacting my liver or not

I am Taking Naturopathy Treatment for Epilepsy....the Doctor who Giving Treatment is Advising to *Take 100 Gram of Honey* with Aloe of Noni Juice, in Morning and *Also 100 Gram of Honey in Evening* with  Some kind of SoarSop fruit juice in Evening... *I Have a Strong Doubt that Consuming 100 Gram Honey is "Not* Good For Body*....*Could any Doctor, Please Clarify me that, How Much Quantity of Honey can Take in a Day ??*...*is Suggesting 100 Gram Honey is Good Advise ??*...

Periods since july4, flow didnt stop till now, not overflow, medium flow, Unable to sleep, hair loss, easy tiredness,more hunger, fatigue, and eyes blurr sometimes, suggest me diet and medicine, low concentration, difficult to do regular tasks, dizziness lightly, high emotional fluctuations, loss of memory, unable to speak and low confidence, pain at knee joint of right leg as if poking from inside, if over stressed or overworked with right hand pain between shoulder and neck. I don't know if its spondylytis, if done workout, i get fever two days after,nervousness, depression, thoughts of giving up, wanting to be alone, mind not in control, losing interest in everything,pain on right side of head above right ear (nerve near to it), low immunity, if hunger sounds come from stomach, gastric like, I want remedy only from ayurveda. I used medicines from allopathy, complaint recurred always, My uncle died from sickle cell anemia. I was diagnosed heterozygous sickle cell condition. no active

My lipase level is 81 , I have been having reflux , digestion problem , nutritional deficiencies , some kind of pain not severe in right upper abdomen. I have high cholesterol Right now am walking for 45 minutes a day and reduced taking fatty foods . Is there any other alternative  natural way or ayurvedic medicine  to bring the Lipase level to normal and also how to increase b 12 in vegeterian naturally.
