I have hyperacusis in last 10 days due to dancing in brother marriage in loud noise.than I got tinnitus but tinnitus is cure now I have sound sensitivity like birds chirping and mobile sound and my friend sound.can Ayurveda cure hyperacusis

Hai Iam 30 year old, In last  winter season i got alot of sneezing with no smell and test upto april it continued then sneezing gone hives started till now i went to dermologist they given levosiz m and some other tablet after taking one tablet i can relax for two days again hives are coming so i ordered ayurvedic histantin tablet now 3 rd day iam taking histantin but symptoum slightly reduced for 2 hours then again hives are coming...please help me thank you in adavnce ( if i drink cold water immediately hives coming)

I was having anxiety so the doctor prescribed me etizola 0.5 for 2 weeks..shall I take patanjali ashwagandha for a few days since I don't wanna continue or taper it with allopathic medicines further? And for how long should I take it?

Hello Sir/Madam, i am angioplasty done last yera June and under cardio medication. I am facing stomach issues like bloating, stomach flatulence last three months. I am unable to clear stool after 2-3 rounds. I hav tried Alopathy treatment And it was told SIBO but I face other side effects of medicines and hence couldn't continue. In February my HbA1c was 6.6 so i consult a Doctor. And as per medicine given by Her i had started Madhunashni Vati from May 23. And as per today's report my HbA1c is 6.3. So my question is how many days i had to take the same to be in level? Also do i take it life time?
